My name is Giada and I believe in the pursuit of spontaneity because when we lose it, we also lose a piece of our joy.

I trust in the body because it is relentless: it always tells the truth.

I rely on the body because I know it contains the traces of the path that leads me straight back to myself.

My story

I trained at Erica Cappelletti's Aletheia school as a Counselor with Alchemical-Imaginal orientation. I am a facilitator of Shamanic and Integral Yoga, following the SCW method (Selene Calloni Williams), and an Odaka Yoga teacher.

I took my first steps in theater by graduating in Dams in Bologna with a thesis in dramaturgy on the theater of the absurd. The stage early on led me to explore my gifts and weaknesses, becoming the gateway to a journey through the desires and basic needs of the soul. From theater therapy to familonstellations, from circus disciplines to the study of voice, from acting to creative writing, all the way to the deep study of the body through Yoga, I explored extensively. Today, these explorations merge into the person I am and my profession.

My work is based on the search for spontaneity, a search that inevitably involves the body. There is no more sincere and direct tool that can help us activate change where it is needed. In my personal experience, no change has ever taken place if it has not first found roots in the body.

I do not practice therapy; rather, I accompany you, holding your hand, in search of that capacity to wonder that is unique to you.
